TrueFitness' Incredible Fundraiser for "Supporting Shirley"

John Bolton and Diane Cooper of TrueFitness are in training at present to carry out two really impressive feats. Firstly, on June 20th, John will aim to cycle from Malin to Mizen in just 24 hours! Yes, 600 km in just one day!! In early July, Both John and Diane will attempt, and no doubt succeed, in cycling around Ireland (2,1000 km) in 7 days. That's a "mere" 300 km each day!
